Karole Sutherland's 30 year career in healthcare encompasses roles in hospitals, education, pre-hospital care and drug development. Working across this spectrum has convinced her that inspired leadership is essential for each of us to do our best work and contribute at our full potential. Karole's passion for helping others discover the infinite possibilities of great leadership is at the core of her coaching practice.
