Karole SutherlandWith over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership roles, Karole brings a passion for leadership to her work with clients.

She’s worked on the front-lines and led from the executive suite and has the experience to help you build your own leadership skills and create a high-performance team.

She has coached executives, managers, and team leaders at all levels and in all industries. Her experience with teams includes small, co-located teams as well as global teams of 500+ employees working on large-scale international projects. A graduate of the Royal Roads University Master of Leadership and the Executive Coaching programs, Karole is accredited by the International Coaches Federation, President of the Vancouver chapter of the ICF and a member of the Organization Development Network and the Neuroleadership Institute.
